These Terms govern your use of BWG AI Scheduler ("the Service"), provided by Best We Give. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

BWG AI Scheduler is an AI assistant for building and analysing project schedules (Primavera P6 / CPM). Some features are free; others require a paid subscription.

2. Accounts

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access secure. You must provide accurate information and be authorised to use the account.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Paid features are billed as a recurring monthly subscription through our payment processor, Stripe.
Your subscription renews automatically each period until you cancel. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current paid period.
Prices may change; the current price is always shown at checkout.
Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable for partial periods.

4. Acceptable use

Use the Service only for lawful project-scheduling purposes. Do not attempt to abuse, overload, reverse engineer, or misuse the Service, or use it to process content you have no right to.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the schedules, files and data you upload or create. You grant us the limited right to process them solely to provide the Service to you.

6. AI output — important

The Service uses AI. Output may contain errors or omissions and is not a substitute for professional judgement. Always review AI-generated schedules and analysis before relying on them for any decision.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, its software and branding are owned by Best We Give. These Terms grant you no rights to them beyond using the Service.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or misuse. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date. Continued use means acceptance.
